Please contact us from within the app via the following steps:
1. From the Home screen, tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page.
3. Tap New Inquiry.
If you cannot make an inquiry from within the app, please select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page of the official website (https://faq.fire-emblem-heroes.com/hc/en-us).
■ How to Check a Response
Please check the response to your inquiry from within the app via the following steps:
1. From the main screen, tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page.
3. Tap on the inquiry you wish to check.
Note: If you haven't received a notification, please wait for a response.
If you submitted your inquiry via email, please check the email inbox of the address you used to send the inquiry.
Note: If you haven't received a response, please check the spam folder within your email inbox.
