■ How to Make an Inquiry
Please contact us from within the app via the following steps:
- From the Home screen, tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
- Select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page.
- Tap New Inquiry.
If you cannot make an Inquiry from within the app, please contact us at the following email address:
fire-emblem-heroes-support@nintendo.co.jp
Note: When you contact us, please include the information that you were unable to contact us in the app or to launch the app. Also, if you have linked your save data to your Nintendo Account, we recommend contacting us using the same email address you used when registering your Nintendo Account.
■ How to Check a Response
Please check the response to your inquiry from within the app via the following steps:
- From the Home screen, tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
- Select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page.
- Tap on the inquiry you wish to check.
Note: If you haven't received a notification, please wait for a response.
If you submitted your inquiry via email, please check the email inbox of the address you used to send the inquiry.
Note: If you haven't received a response, please check the spam folder within your email inbox.
- Please include as much detail as possible with your inquiry (for example, on what screen the issue occurred, what you were doing at the time, the nature of the problem, etc.).
- Please do not include emoticons or emoji as part of your inquiry as the message may not be transmitted correctly.
- Please send only one inquiry per issue.
- It may take some time to process your inquiry.
- While Nintendo loves hearing from its fans, we do not accept unsolicited game, product, or other business ideas. We also cannot respond to inquiries made in languages not supported in the app.
