■ How to Make an Inquiry
Please contact us from within the app via the following steps:
1. From the Home screen, tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page.
3. Tap New Inquiry.
If you cannot make an Inquiry from within the app, please contact us at the following email address:
fire-emblem-heroes-support@nintendo.co.jp
Note: When you contact us, please include the information that you were unable to contact us in the app or to launch the app. Also, if you have linked your save data to your Nintendo Account, we recommend contacting us using the same email address you used when registering your Nintendo Account.
■ How to Check a Response
Please check the response to your inquiry from within the app via the following steps:
1. From the Home screen, tap Misc., then Support, FAQ, etc., then Customer Support.
2. Select Support at the bottom of the FAQ page.
3. Tap on the inquiry you wish to check.
Note: If you haven't received a notification, please wait for a response.
If you submitted your inquiry via email, please check the email inbox of the address you used to send the inquiry.
Note: If you haven't received a response, please check the spam folder within your email inbox.
