You need to link a Nintendo Account in order to transfer save data. If you link a Nintendo Account, you can share the same save data between multiple devices. (Note: You cannot play on multiple devices using the same data at the same time)
If your new device uses a different OS from your previous device, please note that any Orbs, Forma Souls, and Otherworld Bonds you've obtained or purchased in Fire Emblem Heroes are not eligible for transfer.
Also, please note that if you tap Delete All Data in the app, you will unlink your Nintendo Account and your save data will be deleted. Be careful to not tap Delete All Data.

If you have not yet linked your save data to your Nintendo Account:

After you've linked your Nintendo Account to Fire Emblem Heroes, simply select Create/Link a Nintendo Account the first time you launch Fire Emblem Heroes on the device you wish to transfer your data to.

Simply select Create/Link a Nintendo Account the first time you launch Fire Emblem Heroes on the device you wish to transfer your data to.

■ How to Transfer Save Data
Step 1: Prepare for Save Data Transfer (Please use your old device)
First, link your save data and Nintendo Account on your old device so that you can use your data on the device you're transferring to. Please link your Nintendo Account from the title screen or the in-game menu. For detailed instructions on how to link your Nintendo Account, please refer to "How can I link Fire Emblem Heroes to a Nintendo Account?"
Step 2: Use the device you're transferring to
Transfer the save data linked to your Nintendo Account to the new device.
- After installing the app on the new device, launch the app.
- Tap Create/Link Nintendo Account.
- Sign in with the Nintendo Account linked with the save data you want to transfer, and proceed with linking your Nintendo Account.
Notes:
- Make sure that this is the Nintendo Account you wish to link before starting the process.
- If you have already signed in to your Nintendo Account, tap "Select this account".
- Tap Return to Title Screen to complete the transfer.
Notes:
- You cannot transfer save data from the Menu screen in the app or from Link Nintendo Account displayed at the bottom of the title screen.
- If it is not the first time the app has been launched, the option mentioned in ② will not appear, so you will need to delete (uninstall) the app and re-install it.
