I obtained an Ascended Hero but didn't receive an Ascendant Floret.

You can receive one Ascendant Floret the first time (and only the first time) you obtain any given Ascended Hero. You cannot receive an Ascendant Floret in the following circumstances.

• When you summon the same Hero a second time (this applies for the third time and beyond as well)
• When you obtain the Hero by using Combat Manuals
• When you obtain the Hero as a Forma from an event
