Q. I summoned a non-focus 5★ Hero but I did not get a charge. Why is that?
You will not get a charge when you summon a Hero from the 4★ Special Rate or 4★ Special Hero Special Rate summoning categories.
Please check to see if the Hero you summoned was from the 4★ Special Rate or 4★ Special Hero Special Rate summoning categories. You can check the Heroes who appear by tapping Summoning Rates, then tapping Details.
Q. I have three lit charges, but I summoned a non-focus 5★ Hero. Why did that happen?
In order to receive the benefits of the Focus Charge feature, you must exit the summoning session once you get three Focus Charges, then begin a new summoning session. If you continue to summon after getting your third charge without ending the summoning session, you won't be able to receive the benefits of the Focus Charge feature for that summoning session, and you may summon a non-focus 5★ Hero.
There may also be circumstances in which you get a 5★ Hero who is not a focus Hero from the 4★ Special Rate category, even when you have three Focus Charges. Since Heroes in the 4★ Special Rate category are treated as 4★ summons, your Focus Charges will not go away if this happens.
Please see Details after tapping on Appearance Rates on the summoning screen in question to see which Heroes are in the 4★ Special Rate category.
Q. I had three lit charges, but I still summoned a 4★ or lower rarity Hero. Why did that happen?
The Focus Charge effect does not guarantee a 5★ Hero will be summoned. Rather, if a 5★ Hero is summoned, it will be a 5★ focus Hero and not a non-focus 5★ Hero.
Q. Focus Charges aren't showing up on a summoning event. What summoning events have Focus Charges?
You can use the Focus Charge feature on summoning events with the 5★ and 5★ Focus summoning categories. If the summoning event has the feature, it will say "Non-focus 5★ Hero summons left until Focus Charge:" when you tap on the Appearance Rates button on the summoning event.
For some summoning events, the Focus Charge feature is only available if you are subscribed to Feh Pass.

Q. The Feh Pass-only Focus Charge lights are lighting up on a summoning event even though I'm not subscribed to Feh Pass. What's happening?
Charges are lit regardless of whether or not you are subscribed to Feh Pass. Your lit charges will be maintained if you subscribe at any time while the summoning event is active. Even if you get three lit charges, the feature that causes a Focus 5★ Hero to appear the next time a 5★ Hero is summoned in that summoning event will not activate if you are not subscribed to Feh Pass.
Q. Do my lit charges disappear if I summon a 5★ focus Hero when I have one or two charges?
Your lit charges do not disappear when you summon a 5★ focus Hero when you have one or two lit charges.
Q. What happens to your charges if you summon a 5★ focus hero using the feature that allows you to summon one of your choice after summoning 40 times or more on a summoning event?
When you summon a focus Hero in this way, your charges do not disappear.
Q. My lit charges disappeared. What happened?
If you summon a 5★ focus Hero when you have three lit charges, your charges will disappear. Also, charges are only effective for the summoning event on which you received them. Charges are not carried over to other summoning events, even if they are the same events held at later date. Q. A summoning event I had lit charges for ended. What will happen to them?
When a summoning event you have charges for ends, those charges do not carry over to other summoning events, even if it is the same event held at later date.
