At times, a Customization Support Pack may contain Combat Manuals instead of Heroes.
First, please check the contents of the product you purchased in the product's initial notification. You can find it through the Notifications page from the Home screen in-app.
If you did not receive the Resplendent Hero you purchased, please consult this article: I did not receive my Resplendent Hero (I cannot find the Resplendent Hero that I purchased through the Resplendent Heroes option in the in-game Shop).
If the steps in the article do not resolve the issue, please contact Customer Support by scrolling to the bottom of the web page and clicking Support to open an Inquiry.
Please include the following information in your Inquiry:
・ What was not resolved after checking the FAQ
・ Purchase date and time
・ Name of product purchased
・ Number of times it was purchased
・ The Hero or Combat Manual that you did not receive
