If you link the application to a Nintendo Account, it's possible to play Fire Emblem Heroes as the same user across multiple devices.
After linking your device to your Nintendo Account, simply select Create/Link a Nintendo Account when you first start Fire Emblem Heroes on any other device to link that device as well.
