If the app isn't working properly, please try the following.
■ Troubleshooting steps:
・ Update to the latest version of the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
・ Close other apps, unnecessary browser tabs, etc.
・ Fully close out of the Fire Emblem Heroes app, then re-open it.
Note: Please take care that you do not uninstall or delete the application from your device by mistake.
・ If closing out of your Fire Emblem Heroes app does not resolve the issue, try restarting your device.
・ If you can access the app's title screen, tap Menu, then Clear Cache.
Note: We recommend doing this while connected to Wi-Fi as a game data download will be required after clearing your cache.
・ Delete large images or videos from your device to free up storage space.
