If the sound isn't working properly, please check the following settings.
Note: Please take care when adjusting your volume settings to avoid loud noises emitting from your device.
■ Device settings to check:
・ Is your device set to quiet mode?
・ Is your device set to silent mode, or another setting that keeps your volume low?
・ Is your device set to headphones mode?
Note: If your device displays "Headphones" when adjusting the volume, there is a chance your phone is set to headphones mode. Please turn off headphone mode from your device's settings and try again.
Please note that, depending on your device, the steps to perform the above operations and the language used may differ from what is described above. Please refer to your device's user manual or customer support website for additional information.
■ In-game Settings to check:
・ Tap Misc., then Settings, then adjust the BGM Volume, SE Volume, and Voice Volume.
・ Tap Misc., then Settings, then turn off Silent Mode.
