If you are unable to purchase Orbs, please try the following.
・ Use the Complete Purchase function.
The following steps outline how to use the Complete Purchase function.
1. Open the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
2. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Complete Purchase.
Note: You can also use the Complete Purchase function in the in-game Shop.
・ Update to the latest version of the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
・ Close other apps, unnecessary browser tabs, etc.
・ Fully close out of the Fire Emblem Heroes app, then re-open it.
Note: Please take care that you do not uninstall or delete the application from your device by mistake.
・ Restart your device.
・ Use the Clear Cache function.
The following steps outline how to use the Clear Cache function.
1. Open the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
2. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Clear Cache.
Note: We recommend doing this while connected to Wi-Fi as a game data download will be required after clearing your cache.
Also, if purchasing Orbs would cause you to exceed 9,999 Orbs, you will not be able to make that purchase.

・ What was not resolved after following steps in the FAQ
・ The date and time of the attempted purchase
・ The name and price of the item you were trying to purchase
・ The support code and/or error message that was displayed
・ The time and date you used the Complete Purchase function and what happened when you did
