If Orbs you've purchased aren't appearing, please try the following.
・ Fully close out of the Fire Emblem Heroes app
・ Restart your device.
・ Use the Complete Purchase function.
The following steps outline how to use the Complete Purchase function.
1. Open the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
2. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Complete Purchase.
Note: You can also use the Complete Purchase function in the in-game Shop.
・ Use the Clear Cache function
The following steps outline how to use the Clear Cache function.
1. Open the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
2. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Clear Cache.
Notes:
・ We recommend doing this while connected to Wi-Fi as a game data download will be required after clearing your cache.
・ In some cases, it may take several hours for the Orbs to appear.
・ Please take care that you do not uninstall or delete the application from your device by mistake.
Some Orbs and other items from Orb Packs need to be collected from your Present List. Please be sure to check your Present List as well.
