Please check for the following two situations if you are unable to summon a Focus Hero of your choice.
1. The ability to summon a Focus Hero of your choice is a Feh Pass exclusive for this summoning event
For certain summoning events you can summon a Focus Hero of your choice after summoning 40 times or more during a summoning event and ending your summoning session only if you are subscribed to Feh Pass.
The details have been included in the notifications for each summoning event in the app and in the below linked Feh Pass features introduction page, so please take a look at them.

2. The summoning event has ended
You will not be able to summon a Focus Hero of your choice once the summoning event in question ends.
If the summoning event ends when you could have summoned a Focus Hero of your choice but hadn't yet,
we will confirm and investigate the situation and then send the Hero to those to whom this situation applies.
