If you read the above and your issue is not resolved please see below.
Q. The Heroes and blessings that are supposed to be delivered to my Present List haven't been delivered.
There are circumstances in which the Heroes and blessings we send do not display at the top of your Present List.
If your Present List extends to multiple pages, please tap Next and check there.
Note that the timing each Hero can be received may differ.
Q. The Heroes were delivered but the blessings were not.
Only the Hero's icon is displayed on the Present List, but both the Hero and the blessing are granted at the same time.
Note that when you tap Accept All and proceed to the receiving screen, both the Hero and blessing icons will be displayed.
Q. Will the items in the ranking rewards that were changed be reimbursed?
There are no plans to provide reimbursement for items aside from the completion-reward Heroes.
