If you did not log in to the game during a Resplendent Hero's distribution period, then you cannot obtain that Resplendent Hero.

If an issue prevented you from logging in and obtaining a Resplendent Hero during their distribution period, please contact us by tapping Support at the bottom of the page and using the Inquiries form. Select Feh Pass for your topic, then inform us of the name of the Resplendent Hero you could not obtain.
