If support code 803-3003 is displayed, please try the following.
・ Update to the latest version of the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
Note: The app may not run properly if it is not updated to the latest version or if it cannot maintain a connection to the network.
・ Fully close out of the Fire Emblem Heroes app, then re-open it.
Note: Please take care that you do not uninstall or delete the application from your device by mistake.
・ Restart your device.
・ Use the Clear Cache function.
The following steps outline how to use the Clear Cache function.
1. Open the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
2. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Clear Cache.
Note: We recommend doing this while connected to Wi-Fi as a game data download will be required after clearing your cache.
・ Check to ensure there is only one Google Account registered on the device.
・ Log out of your Google Account, then log back in.
