It can take time for Orbs you exchanged Google Play Points for to be reflected.
If the Orbs are not reflected after some time has passed, please try the following:
1. Fully close out of the Fire Emblem Heroes app, then re-open it.
Note: By restarting the app, "Accept?" will display on the Home screen.
2. Use the Complete Purchase function by following the below steps.
The following steps outline how to use the Complete Purchase function.
① Open the app.
② Tap Menu in the bottom of the screen.
③ Tap Complete Purchase.
Note: You can also use the Complete Purchase function in the in-game Shop.
If your Orbs are not reflected even after trying the above, please contact Customer Support via the Inquiries form at the bottom of the page.
Note: Exchanging Google Play Points for Orbs is only available in certain countries/regions.
