If Orbs you exchanged Google Play Points for aren't appearing, please try the following.
・ Fully close out of the Fire Emblem Heroes app, then re-open it.
Note: After restarting the app, "Accept?" will display on the Home screen.
・ Use the Complete Purchase function.
The following steps outline how to use the Complete Purchase function.
1. Open the Fire Emblem Heroes app.
2. Tap the Menu button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap Complete Purchase.
Note: You can also use the Complete Purchase function in the in-game Shop.
Please note that if the Google Account you used to log in when you installed the Fire Emblem Heroes app and the Google Account you used to exchange Google Play Points for Orbs do not match, the Orbs will not be available.
In the above case, please try the following.
1. Check to ensure your Nintendo Account is linked to your save data.
Note: If you are not sure which Nintendo Account is linked to your save data, please see the FAQ titled "Can I check which Nintendo Account is linked to my app?" for detailed instructions.
Note: If your Nintendo Account is not linked, please link your Nintendo Account to your save data. Please see the FAQ titled "How can I link Fire Emblem Heroes to a Nintendo Account?" for detailed instructions.
2. Confirm that you are able to log in with the e-mail address registered to your Nintendo Account and password.
Note: You can try logging in via the page below.

3. Uninstall the app.
4. Log in to the Google Play Store with the Google Account you used to exchange Google Play Points for Orbs.
5. Reinstall the app.
6. During the initial launch of the app, select Create/Link a Nintendo Account, and link your Nintendo Account.
7. Use the Complete Purchase function.
■ For Feh Pass Subscribers
If you have an active Feh Pass subscription and are no longer able to access your Feh Pass benefits after trying the above, please try reinstalling the app using the Google Account used when you subscribed to the Feh Pass subscription.
Please see the FAQ titled "I cannot access Feh Pass benefits" for further information.
If your Orbs are not reflected even after trying the above, please contact Customer Support via the Inquiries form at the bottom of the page and share the following information.
1. Confirmation that you tried the steps outlined in the FAQ and it did not resolve your problem.
2. If you have multiple devices and multiple Google Accounts: (Yes/No)
3. If "Yes" to 2, if are you logged in to each device with different Google Accounts:(Yes/No)
4. If the Google Account used to install Fire Emblem Heroes is different from the Google Account used to exchange Google Play Points: (Yes/No)
Note: Exchanging Google Play Points for Orbs is only available in certain countries/regions.
