If you were charged but don't remember making a purchase, please check to see if the following two situations apply to you.
1. You have shared your Google account with a family member or friend
Please check to see if someone other than yourself who is using the same Google account has made the purchase.
2. The receipt email that was sent out when the purchase was made is late in getting to you
The receipt email sometimes arrives a few days after the purchase was made. Please review your purchase history on Google Play and check it against the receipt email.
If after confirming the above you still do not recall making the purchase, please contact Customer Support via the Inquiries form at the bottom of the page and share the following information.
・ The fact that you have received a charge for a purchase you do not recall making
・ The fact that reviewing the FAQ did not resolve your issue
・ The Order number (GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx)
・ The Order date
・ What was purchased
・ The price of the purchase
